Coldwell Banker Professional Group (CBPG) is an Oregon real estate brokerage founded in 1993 and headquartered in Newberg. Our 150+ agents and staff work from 10 offices across the Willamette Valley, the Oregon Coast, the Portland metro, and Southern Oregon, helping people buy, sell, and invest in homes, land, and commercial property.

Owner, CEO, and principal broker Lucinda Hage has led CBPG since 2009, growing it from a single Newberg office into the company it is today. She's also a certified business coach, and that shows: our agents get weekly coaching and training, mentorship, an in-house marketing team, transaction coordination, and principal broker support. Amy Kane, our Executive Director of Operations and Sales, keeps all 10 offices running as one team.
